HOUSE RULES
1. The storage and parking of bicycles, motorcycles, including small motorcycles (mopeds and the like) is not allowed in the main and side rooms rented for exclusive use.
2. The drying of laundry in the indoor rooms is not allowed.
3. Waste and objects, which are likely to cause clogging, must not be thrown into the toilet.
4. Bathing facilities may be used only for bathing purposes. Medicinal baths with any addition of acid, salt, mud, etc. are not allowed.
5. Radio and television loudspeakers may be used only in closed rooms and at room volume. The installation of outdoor antennas is not permitted.
6. All disturbing noises, especially door slamming and disturbing staircase running with regard to silence and mutual consideration are to be avoided.
7. Explosive and flammable substances may not be brought into the rented rooms and onto the entire property.
8. Smoking is not allowed indoors on the premises
9. The instructions of the property management are to be followed.
